Refund policy

Damaged or defective: If your lamp arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email a photo to hello@shopemberoak.com — we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to ship anything back.

Changed your mind: We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer; refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is processed.

Not eligible: items damaged by misuse, or returns started more than 30 days after delivery.
