Shipping policy

We believe in telling you exactly what to expect — no fine-print surprises.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: Standard U.S. delivery takes 8–15 business days after processing. Our lamps ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, and the journey takes a little longer than a domestic parcel — we price accordingly, and we think the wait is worth it.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first update.

Shipping is a flat $4.95 — free on all U.S. orders over $60.
